I had a sorta confusing issue with my account and wasn’t really sure what to do. I reached out to support and they got back to me quickly, and it didn’t feel like one of those copy-paste replies. They explained everything clearly and fixed it without a bunch of back and forth. i really appreciate when support is this easy to deal with.
